Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a SEN Learning Partner to support primary-aged pupils with ADHD, attention difficulties and emotional regulation. You’ll help break learning into manageable steps and provide movement or regulation breaks where appropriate to build independence.

We welcome applicants with experience in primary education or SEND, ADHD support, sports coaching, youth work, or behaviour mentoring. Training and safeguarding are provided; DBS checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN and ADHD support.
• Ability to break learning into manageable steps.
• Experience in primary education or SEND is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support primary pupils with ADHD and emotional regulation.
• Break learning into manageable steps and provide breaks as needed.
• Encourage pupils to develop independent strategies and self-regulation.

No two children learn in exactly the same way. You'll help break learning into manageable steps, provide movement or regulation breaks where appropriate and encourage pupils to develop strategies that build their independence.

You may be a great fit if you have experience in:

• Sports coaching

• Behaviour mentoring
• Children's care or support work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
