Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced AD Site Manager to take ownership of the safe, compliant and efficient operation of an anaerobic digestion facility in East Yorkshire. You will lead the day-to-day operation, manage the onsite team of operators and technicians, coordinate maintenance and drive improvements in plant performance, environmental compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an anaerobic digestion plant and leading a site team.
• Ability to own and operate day-to-day site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AD plant operations to maximise uptime and safety.
• Coordinate feedstock deliveries, storage, blending and digestate handling.
• Monitor biological performance and KPIs (gas, heat, digestate).
• Lead HSE, RAMS, and audits across environmental, safety, and insurance.
• Manage maintenance with engineering teams and external contractors.
