Job summary

Doctors.net.uk, part of M3 Inc., is seeking an AdOps Executive to maintain and grow our advertising offerings. You will own the Ad Manager product, configure and manage campaigns, and work with Commercial, Programme Management, and Sales teams to drive performance.

You will help shape our advertising strategy for DNUK, develop banner ad packages, and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns. A proactive customer-service approach and strong organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the Ad Manager product, including setup, configuration and ongoing management.
• Shape and execute the overarching advertising strategy for Doctors.net.uk across projects.
• Support commercial teams with banner ad packages and ideas for new products.
• Coordinate building and delivery of commercial and internal display projects with Programme Managers.
• Analyse campaign performance and report back to Sales and Programme Management.
• Manage the Live Ops email/display bookings tool and inventory forecasting.
• Oversee programmatic operations and drive revenue growth on buyside/sellside.
• Optimise and analyse eCPM for the open marketplace.
• Ensure optimal placement of advertisement units in collaboration with Product/Development teams.
