Job summary

Teach Plus are seeking an Ad Hoc Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Edgware. This part-time, flexible role involves supporting teachers, supervising pupils, and providing learning support across EYFS to KS2 as needed.

Experience with children is desirable; SEN experience is a plus. Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication are essential to contribute to positive classroom routines and safeguarding practices.

About the role and school

Teach Plus are working with a friendly primary school in Edgware that is looking to build a reliable pool of Ad Hoc Teaching Assistants to provide flexible classroom cover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who wants flexibility around their existing commitments while gaining experience across a primary school environment.

The Ad Hoc Teaching Assistant will support teachers with classroom activities, pupil supervision and learning support. There may also be opportunities to provide additional support to pupils with SEN, depending on the school's daily requirements.
