Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead clinical teams that support acute medicine and surgery. You will contribute to training MDTs, deliver direct therapy, and support governance and equality initiatives across the department.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• RCSLT registration is required.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Postgraduate CPD towards a master's level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with SLT stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and highly specialist clinical skills within acute medicine and surgery.
• Support personal and people development.
• Ensure health, safety and security of self and colleagues.
• Support service development and planning.

• Directly support delivery of therapy to patients.
