The Zinnia Centre, Lavender Suite in Birmingham is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join a 16-bed Female Acute Ward. You will manage a designated OT caseload and deliver individual and group interventions, focusing on occupational performance and recovery.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to risk management, rehab planning and discharge progress, with MOHO-informed assessments where appropriate. A commitment to compassionate, person-centred care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health settings.
• Experience delivering one-to-one OT interventions.
• Ability to run group work sessions.
• Knowledge of sensory approaches.

Responsabilités

• Deliver OT services to a designated ward caseload.
• Collaborate with MDT to support recovery and discharge.
• Develop and evaluate individual care plans.
