Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join The Zinnia Centre, Lavender Suite in Birmingham. You will be based on Lavender Suite, a 16-bed Female Acute Ward, working as a key team member and developing OT provision for a designated caseload.

You will focus on occupational performance, risk management and evaluating outcomes aligned to personalised care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mental health settings
• Understanding of risk assessment in clinical settings
• Knowledge of occupational therapy frameworks (MOHO) preferred

• Develop and deliver OT provision to a designated caseload on Lavender Suite
• Focus on occupational performance, risk management and evaluating outcomes
• Collaborate with OT assistants, activity workers and other professionals for recovery and discharge
• Be flexible to occasional changes in location within the service
