The Division of Families and Clinical Support Services offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join maternity services as an Acute Maternity Services Team Leader.
We seek someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as the role involves liaising with managers, consultants, clinical colleagues, patients, and external partners regularly.
Please note: this post is for 6 months to cover maternity leave.

Key requirements

Applicants should have NVQ3 or equivalent in Business Administration, ILM qualification, or similar, along with at least 4 GCSEs (grade C or above).
Experience in a busy environment, managing a team, NHS experience, and knowledge are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tact, and the ability to motivate others are essential.
