Job summary

MBDA is seeking an experienced testing engineer to lead testing strategy across the full lifecycle of Actuation Systems. You will build testing capability, drive compliance evidence, and generate design proving tests with data analysis.

Role involves 3-4 days on-site in Stevenage with hybrid working and BPSS clearance requirements. Salary £55,000–£60,000 plus bonuses and enhanced benefits, including pension, flexi leave, and paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership with testing strategy experience.
• Experience in dynamic systems, motors and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy and execution across product lifecycle.
• Build testing capability; ensure compliance evidence for certification.
• Generate test specifications and perform data analysis.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary actuation teams.
