Job summary

WTW in London or Reigate offers a 24-36 month apprenticeship in our Insurance Consulting and Technology team. You will work with market leaders on client projects, applying actuarial and statistical modelling to analyze data and derive insights.

Successful candidates will complete a Level 7 Apprenticeship, balancing study with project responsibilities and gaining exposure to UK and global teams. Strong numeracy and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A-Level maths at grade A or above and 136 UCAS points across three A levels.
• Highly numerate with a mathematical and analytical mind.
• Clear and confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Use actuarial and statistical modelling techniques to analyse data and produce insightful results for clients.
• Present your analysis both internally and to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the UK and globally to tackle real-world actuarial problems.
• Build your core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience and team support.
• Learn and apply open-source tools and technology, alongside WTW’s proprietary insurance technology solutions.
• Grow through structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts in the team.
