Job summary

WTW is recruiting for an Insurance Consulting and Technology apprenticeship in London or Reigate. You will grow through on-the-job training with a strong study-support package and access to extensive in-house training resources. The role blends actuarial analytics with technology, supporting client projects as you learn.

Four days a week in office; travel to other WTW locations may be needed. Successful applicants will combine study with practical project work during a two-to-three year

Qualifications

• A-Level Mathematics at grade A or above and 136 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent.
• Highly numerate with a mathematical and analytical mind.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Disciplined and able to balance studying with work.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support work.

Responsibilities

• Use actuarial and statistical modelling techniques to analyse data and produce insightful results for clients.
• Present your analysis both internally and to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the UK and globally to tackle real-world actuarial problems.
• Build core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience and team support.
• Learn and apply open-source tools and technology alongside WTW’s proprietary insurance technology solutions.
• Grow through structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts.
• Balance your studies with project responsibilities.
