Job summary

WTW in London or Reigate offers a 24-36 month apprenticeship within the Insurance Consulting team. You’ll learn by doing, with on-the-job training and a government-approved provider guiding your studies. You’ll balance work with study commitments while building technical and consulting skills.

You’ll be supported by a line manager, buddy and coach, with training resources and a structured early-career programme designed to lead to progression within the team.

Qualifications

• A-Level Mathematics at grade A or above with 136 UCAS points across three A levels.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Personable and motivated to work in a team.
• Disciplined, balancing study and work commitments.
• Computer literate, with Excel familiarity.
• Comfortably using AI tools to support work.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data using actuarial and statistical modelling techniques to deliver insights for clients.
• Present analyses internally and to clients.
• Collaborate with UK and global teams on actuarial problems.
• Develop core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience.
• Learn and apply open-source tools alongside WTW's proprietary tech.
