Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in London or Reigate is offering a 24-36 month apprenticeship within our Insurance Consulting and Technology team. You’ll work on actuarial modelling and data analytics, with exposure to open-source tools and WTW technology solutions, supported by structured training and study assistance.

You’ll be based at either London or Reigate, expected to come into the office at least four days a week, with possible travel to other locations. Closing date is 19 October 2026.

Qualifications

• A-Level with Mathematics grade A or above and 136 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent.
• Numerate with strong mathematical and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication, personable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data with actuarial and statistical modelling to produce insights for clients.
• Present analyses internally and to clients.
• Collaborate with UK and global colleagues on actuarial problems.
• Build core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience.
• Learn and apply open-source tools and WTW technology solutions.
• Grow through structured early-career training and coaching.
• Balance study commitments with project responsibilities.
