Sight Scotland Veterans in Livingston is seeking a compassionate support worker to join our team. You will help support colleagues and the Leadership team, welcome veterans into the centre, run skills or art classes, and assist with our events.
A PVG scheme check or criminal records check, and a clean driving licence, are required. We value individuals who enjoy working with people and creating services where everyone can participate, contribute and belong.
You will be part of a fun team providing support to your team and the Leadership team Sight Scotland veterans’ services. No two days are the same. One moment you might be supporting a colleague, welcoming a new veteran into the centre, running a skills or art class or even preparing for one of our unique Events. The current duties of the role require a criminal records check or membership of the PVG scheme through Disclosure Scotland for the protection of adults and children and clean driving licence.
