Join our vibrant team at Hydon Hill and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people! We are offering two full-time roles of 35 hours per week at our service located in the beautiful rural outskirts of Godalming, Surrey. As an Activities Worker, you will deliver engaging social and recreational activities, organizing outings and events to create exciting opportunities for our residents. Your creativity and passion for variety will significantly impact the lives of people with disabilities we support.
Activities may include organizing large-scale social events, finding common interests within smaller groups, or facilitating activities like baking. Creativity is key to success in this role!
No prior experience in activity work is required. However, artistic flair, strong organizational skills, or an interest in arranging social activities is essential. Experience working with and supporting people with disabilities is advantageous.
