Job summary

Haven is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Team Member to deliver memorable experiences for guests and owners in a lively outdoor setting. You’ll help run a variety of activities and work as part of a friendly team.

Responsibilities include setting up and taking down activities, guiding guests, delivering safety briefings, and assisting with climbing walls, high ropes, and archery, while keeping areas clean and safe. DBS check may be required; age 18+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic attitude with a love for outdoor and physical activities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• High attention to safety and commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

Position: Activities Team Member

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Activities Team Member. In this role, you’ll help deliver a variety of exciting activities for our guests. If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable memories and love working in an active, outdoor environment, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar activity, sports, or customer service role is beneficial but not essential.

This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work. To meet the qualifications and training requirements, candidates must be 18 years and over.
