Job summary

Haven is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead a dynamic pool and activities team, ensuring memorable guest experiences and high standards of service. You will manage performance, support development, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced leisure environment.

Responsibilities include team leadership, resource and budget oversight, safety compliance, and proactive problem solving, with opportunities for career progression and a generous annual bonus up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership roles in Sports, Leisure or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight.
• Health and safety knowledge relevant to pool and leisure operations.
• DBS check required or enhanced DBS process.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the Activities & Leisure team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, coaching, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resource management to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Position: Activities & Pool ManagerType: Full-Time / PermanentBonus: Up to 10% Annual BonusBring your leadership skills to the poolside as the Activities & Pool Manager, where you'll ensure every guest makes a splash with memorable swimming experiences and action-packed activities.In this role, you'll be at the heart of an energetic Activities & Leisure team, leading with clear direction and plenty of motivation. You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll also be the driving force behind fantastic guest experiences, continuously improving how we interact and solving any issues that pop up.
