Anglian Water Group Ltd. at Rutland Water is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Duty Manager to lead our watersports programme and develop a talented team of instructors.

You'll work with the Activities Manager to ensure safe, engaging experiences across sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and more, while maintaining high safety standards and exceptional customer service for thousands of visitors each year.
