Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Duty Manager to lead our watersports programme at Rutland Water and develop a talented team of instructors. You will combine leadership, customer experience, and outdoor adventure in a stunning setting.

As part of the team you will ensure the safe, successful delivery of activities including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, rowing, raft building and power boating.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of watersports instructors
• Manage online activity bookings and customer enquiries
• Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews
• Complete building inspections and fire alarm testing
• Investigate and report accidents and incidents
