Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an Activities Duty Manager at Rutland Water to lead a team of watersports instructors and deliver a safe, engaging programme. You will collaborate with the Activities Manager to ensure excellent customer experiences and operational excellence across sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and more.

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Essential: Valid First Aid qualification.
• Essential: Full UK driving licence.
• Essential: Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Desirable: RYA Senior Instructor qualification.
• Desirable: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of watersports instructors.
• Manage online activity bookings and customer enquiries.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews.
• Complete building inspections and fire alarm testing.
• Investigate and report accidents and incidents.
• Undertake daily and weekly banking procedures.
• Help maintain high standards of safety, customer service and operational excellence.
