Job summary

Victoria Gardens Care Home in Coventry is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs.

You will build strong relationships to understand preferences and support inclusive participation for all residents, including those living with dementia. The role offers training, support and a path for development within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Creative and enthusiastic approach to activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in activities or similar role is beneficial; transferable skills from hospitality, events, childcare or community work encouraged to apply.
