Job summary

Christadelphian Care Homes in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to plan, organise and deliver a variety of engaging activities for residents across our care homes. You will create a welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing and participation.

Working with colleagues, residents and families, you'll tailor activities to individual needs, assist with events, and maintain accurate records to support personalised care. DBS check is required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Plan, organise and deliver a variety of activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Create a welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes wellbeing.
• Encourage resident participation in both group and one-to-one activities.
• Work closely with colleagues, residents and their families to ensure activities meet individual needs.
