What does the role involve?

• Building friendships with residents to help them adjust to life in a care home.
• Delivering high levels of personal and psychological care to residents professionally.
• Maintaining confidentiality of clients, staff, and business information.
• Planning daytime and evening activities.
• Ensuring awareness of Health and Safety requirements.
• Coordinating activities with other services in the facility.
• Encouraging resident participation in activities and documenting outcomes.
• Maintaining effective communication within staff teams, colleagues, and residents.
• Carrying out additional duties as requested.
