Your role involves coordinating and supporting the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme. This program encourages residents to participate in diverse activities, tailored to their varying physical and mental abilities, as part of our group-wide More… Programme.
We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and being flexible to work shifts. We support your career development, potentially progressing to Nurse Associate, and will assist you on this journey. Please note, shifts are scheduled across a 7-day rota, including weekends.
