Job summary

Sandstone Care Group's St Helens Hall Care Home is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a varied programme of activities and events for residents. You will encourage participation, build relationships, and promote wellbeing through social engagement, with duties including trips, entertainment, and supporting residents to stay active.

The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, with shifts 10am-3pm or 12pm-5pm, including some weekends, and a rate of pay £12.76 per hour.

• Passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
• Organised, proactive and able to take initiative.
• Confident building relationships and encouraging participation.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and occasional special events.
• Experience in a care home, activities role or working with older people is desirable but not essential.
