Home Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join Clare House, Huddersfield, delivering a weekly calendar of inclusive activities and supporting residents to build confidence and social connections. You will tailor personalised support plans based on each person’s needs, working with volunteers and partners to bring in new ideas and opportunities.

This role focuses on helping residents move toward independent, stable housing and ongoing peer mentorship.

• Experience planning and running group or one-to-one activities.
• Creative spark and passion for helping people thrive.
• Confidence working with people who've faced homelessness or complex needs.
• Ability to build trust and motivate others.
• Great communication skills and a flexible, team-focused approach.

The practical bits

• You'll work 37.5 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday.
• Some flexibility is required as occasional events may take place during evenings or weekends. When this happens, your working hours will be adjusted accordingly.
• You'll work at Clare House, Huddersfield.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay).
