About the Home
We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming, specialist residential care home in Worthing that supports 28 residents living with a range of dementia and cognitive conditions, including Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and Schizophrenia.
This small, homely service is dedicated to providing outstanding person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
The home places great importance on creating a stimulating and engaging environment, with meaningful activities designed to promote independence, social interaction, confidence and overall wellbeing.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Activities Co-ordinator to join the team.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied programme of meaningful activities tailored to residents' individual interests, abilities and needs. You will play an important role in creating opportunities for residents to socialise, stay active, develop interests and enjoy a fulfilling daily routine.
