Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to design and run engaging activities for residents, tailored to individual needs and interests. You will lead groups, foster social interaction, and create memorable moments each day.

You will also mentor and train staff on how to interact with residents, promoting dignity, confidence, and expression. A caring demeanor and excellent communication are essential, with a welcoming, inclusive approach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and sociable Activities Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibility as a Activities Coordinator will involve creating and executing engaging activities tailored to each of our residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and training our staff on how to interact and engage with residents, ensuring that every day is filled with special moments. Your role will involve ensuring that residents' dignity and self-esteem are upheld through meaningful interactions, positive relationships, and the freedom to express their individuality.
