To support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate in a wide range of activities. As part of our group-wide More… Programme, the focus is on ensuring resident interests and needs are met creatively and consistently, while adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. It’s important that you are organized, have excellent communication skills, and are flexible to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, with potential progression to Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled over a 7-day rota, including weekends.
