St Margaret's Care Home in Edinburgh is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design and run a varied programme for residents, aiming to bring joy, connection and meaningful social experiences every day.
The role is 35 hours per week on day shifts at £12.71 per hour, with PVG, pension and uniform provided, plus 5.6 weeks’ annual leave. Experience in activities, events, hospitality, care or customer-facing roles is helpful but not essential.

Caring for residents goes far beyond daily support, and your role will help ensure each day is filled with fun, variety, stimulation and opportunities for meaningful social connection.
Building strong relationships with residents and understanding their individual personalities, preferences and interests is key to success in this role. From organising group activities and celebrations to creating one to one engagement and encouraging residents to continue enjoying the hobbies they love, you will make a genuine difference to wellbeing and quality of life throughout the home.
