Job summary

Sense Centre Smethwick is hiring a compassionate Support Worker to help people with complex disabilities live active lives. The role offers permanent contracts with up to 37.5 hours per week across variable shifts, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour (£25,350 FTE).

Full training is provided, no prior experience required. The team supports clients in activities from arts and dance to swimming and climbing, in-service and community settings.

Qualifications

• Permanent roles with a maximum 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care and everyday living tasks.
• Encourage participation in activities and community outings.
• Help with medication and wellbeing as part of daily support.
