Royal Mail in Kinross is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) for a fixed-term 9-month contract. You will deliver letters and parcels, walking routes and working outdoors, with a 30-hour week across a 5-in-7 pattern, including weekends.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence, physical fitness, and the ability to pass a driving assessment. Royal Mail offers a pension, wellbeing support, and 22.5 days holiday as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence required (max 6 penalty points)
• Physically fit for long walks and daily lifting of mailbags
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van and pass a driving assessment
• Reliable and self-motivated with good organisational skills
• Customer-focused and able to work outdoors and independently

Responsabilités

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area
• Build relationships with customers
• Work outdoors in all weathers and at pace
• Deliver high volumes of mail including election materials when required
