Royal Mail Group in Sleaford is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term 9-month contract. You will deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot across your local area, outdoors in all weather, working a 30-hour week with a rotating shift pattern and some weekend days.

Full training and a uniform are provided. A full manual UK driving licence (up to 6 penalty points) is required, and you must be reliable, physically fit, and customer-focused to help keep communities connected.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (minimum points as per policy).
• Ability to drive Royal Mail van and pass driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift/move mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area.
• Build relationships with customers and communities.
• Work outdoors in all weather, on a rotating shift including weekends.
