Job summary

Royal Mail in Rugby is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to join the team. You will deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot, on a rotating shift schedule across 7 days, typically 35 hours per week with early starts (07:00–15:00 or 14:00–21:00).

The role includes weekends and occasional Sundays. You will need a full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points), be physically fit for walking long distances and lifting mailbags, and be comfortable working outdoors.
