Job summary

Royal Mail in Marlow is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a permanent contract to deliver letters and parcels across the local area. You will work in a Royal Mail van and on foot, building strong relationships with customers while working outdoors in all weather.

The role includes a rotating shift pattern and some weekend work, with training provided. You will need a full UK driving licence, be physically fit for long walks, and able to pass a driving assessment.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment
• Physically fit and able to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, and lift 10kg+ mailbags
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment
• Customer-focused with pride in delivering great service
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently
