Royal Mail Group in Kettering is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will sort letters and parcels, deliver by van and on foot in your local area, and connect with customers while working outdoors in all weathers.

Working a 35-hour week on a rotating schedule across Monday to Sunday, with some weekend shifts including Sundays. Full training provided, a UK manual driving licence required, and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Willingness to drive Royal Mail van daily and pass driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and resilient in a busy environment.

• Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
