Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Kingsbridge is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term 6-month contract. The role covers 37 hours per week with rotating shifts, including Sundays, and a salary of £13.68 per hour plus overtime.

You will sort letters and parcels at the office, deliver by van and on foot, and build strong relationships with customers while working outdoors in all weather. Full UK manual driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence with ≤6 penalty points.
• Ability to pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work Sundays and outdoors.
