Job summary

Iceland Foods in Redditch is hiring Home Delivery Drivers to deliver shopping and engage with customers as the face of our brand. You will be out on the road, ensuring orders reach customers in good condition while upholding safety and service standards.

This role offers an hourly rate of £13.71, with shifts that can start early and run into the evening, plus the option to join a health care plan and a range of benefits including a 15% discount, Grocery Aid, Christmas vouchers and a minimum 28

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years.
• No more than 6 points on license.
• Customer-focused and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices and complete van checks.
• Deliver shopping to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required and manage time efficiently.
• Be flexible with shifts from 6am to 11pm.
