Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to join our team. You’ll be out on the road, delivering groceries and connecting directly with customers as the face of Iceland.

We offer an hourly rate of £13.71, a 15% discount, 28+ days holiday, Christmas vouchers and optional health care; plus support through Grocery Aid and recognition for excellent customer service. A full driver’s license and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly, and passionate about customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong road-safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting and manual handling).
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure groceries arrive in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Flexibility to work shifts from 6am to 11pm.
