Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to bring groceries directly to customers, acting as the face of Iceland.

You will deliver shopping, engage with customers, and help maintain high service standards while working on a flexible schedule that may start as early as 6am and run until 11pm. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.71, with benefits including a 15% discount, optional health care plan, Grocery Aid, Christmas vouchers, and minimum 28 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving license (held for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 points).
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently & manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, the patterns can vary between 6am & 11pm.
