Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers and act as the face of the company on the road. You will load and drive safely, deliver items, and support store teams when needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving licence (held for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrates positive, friendly attitude and strong customer service.
• Punctual and capable of meeting deadlines while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures and manual handling.
• Adhere to safe driving practices at all times.
• Carry out van checks and keep the vehicle in good order.
• Deliver shopping to customers and represent Iceland Foods positively.
• Provide excellent customer service at the doorstep and resolve basic queries.
• Lend a hand in-store when required.
• Manage time effectively and work flexibly across shifts.
• Shift patterns can vary from early morning to late evening (6am–11pm).
