Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to deliver groceries to customers, act as the face of the brand and uphold high customer service standards. You will be out on the road, loading and unloading safely, and ensuring orders reach customers in optimal condition.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.71 and a benefits package including a 15% discount, extra holiday, Christmas vouchers, and optional health care, along with long service rewards and employee recognition.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence (held for at least 3 years)
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Positive, friendly and customer‑focused attitude
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Deliver shopping to customers and represent Iceland Foods on the doorstep
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods and comply with driving safety procedures
• Complete vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Maintain product quality and ensure orders arrive in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions on delivery day
• Assist in-store when required and help with other duties as needed
• Be flexible with shift patterns, including early mornings and late evenings (6am–11pm)
