Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking flexible Post Person with Driving roles to deliver letters and parcels in your local area. You will drive a Royal Mail van and sometimes deliver on foot, staying active and engaged with the community.

Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence, be capable of walking substantial distances, and carry mail bags up to 16 kg. Shifts vary, with guaranteed hours advertised for the period.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk long distances and lift mail bags up to 16 kg.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area by van and on foot as required.
• Ensure secure delivery and proper handling of items in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Provide reliable, friendly service to customers in your community.
