Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking flexible Post Person with Driving roles for Royal Mail. You will drive a Royal Mail van across your delivery area and complete parts of your route on foot, delivering letters and parcels with care. The job requires a full UK manual driving licence with up to six points and the fitness to walk long distances daily.

You will be part of a dynamic, community-based team. Shifts vary, with a focus on reliable service and flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; must be adaptable at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels to your local area, on foot and by van, in all weathers.
• Ensure secure delivery and safe handling of items on your route.
• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, providing excellent service.
