Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking flexible, temporary postal delivery drivers to join the Royal Mail team. You will drive a Royal Mail van, deliver letters and parcels, and complete parts of your route on foot in your local community.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your route, driving a Royal Mail van and completing parts of your route on foot.
• Securely deliver all items on your route and handle election materials and certain items in line with business standards.
• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, providing exceptional service in all weather conditions.
