The Activation Planning Manager is an expert in the paid media landscape and consumer interaction with it. They architect and steward holistic media plans throughout their lifecycle, owning creation, cross-channel budget allocation, in-flight optimization & reporting, and post-campaign analysis. They serve as the key contact for clients, providing a unified view of campaigns from planning to PCA.
The Activation Planning Manager contributes to executing biddable media activities, including building cross-channel knowledge and developing supplier relationships to support testing and media plans through analysis, optimization, and campaign management.
They will lead activation efforts related to Mars in EMEA, leveraging knowledge of various biddable channels and reservation-based media buying, aiming to develop practitioner-level skills across multiple channels with flexibility and adaptability as core attributes.
The role involves creating and managing media plans to maximize awareness and sales for MARS, through effective planning, optimization, and insightful analysis to inform future campaigns.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day media plan implementation, fulfilling media objectives amidst market changes, and keeping abreast of industry developments to inform planning.
