Job summary

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People at The Grange in Saunderton, Princes Risborough, seeks a New Business Manager to lead proactive identification, cultivation and conversion of new corporate partners with tailored, high-impact proposals.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, the role drives partnerships that align with the charity’s mission and growth plans, expands the portfolio, and maintains a robust, diverse pipeline in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong long-term corporate partnerships.
• Proven track record of securing six- to seven-figure sums and meeting income targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive with ability to network and research.
• Highly self-motivated with ability to meet ambitious targets.
• Excellent pipeline development and meticulous organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new corporate partnerships and tailor proposals.
• Lead on new business pitches with senior stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Contribute to corporate strategy, pipeline planning and market targeting.
• Maintain CRM data, produce reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising policies.
