Head of Partnership Services - Hearing Dogs For Deaf People

Green Park is delighted to be partnering with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People at an exciting moment in the charity’s journey.

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Partnership Services to oversee the development and delivery of person-centred services for people who are deaf or have hearing loss, helping to rebuild connection, companionship and confidence through trained hearing dogs and a range of practical and emotional support.

You will design, develop and deliver high-quality, tailored support that ensures every hearing dog recipient feels valued, listened to and empowered throughout their journey.

Managing a dedicated, high-performing team, you will ensure recipients’ changing needs are assessed and understood, integrating wider practical and emotional hearing loss services alongside dog partnerships to provide truly person-centred, holistic support. By prioritising proactive support during partnership placement and beyond, you will help safeguard the long-term success of each life-changing match.

As an experienced operational leader, you will bring the strategic thinking, sound judgement and collaborative leadership needed to translate the charity’s ambitions into effective services and measurable outcomes. A key part of the role will be championing change and continuous improvement, using recipient insight, data and evidence to identify opportunities, strengthen practice and ensure consistently high-quality support.

Alongside operational excellence, you will inspire and motivate others with a positive, solutions-focused approach aligned to Hearing Dogs’ values. You will foster a culture of accountability, learning and reflection, while championing the profound and lasting impact of assistance dog partnerships every day.

Working as part of both the Services Senior Leadership Team and wider Senior Management Team, you will collaborate across departments and with external partners. You will play a critical role in delivering the charity’s five-year strategy, enhancing and extending its service offer and supporting the ambition to grow the number of successful partnerships supported each year.

Ultimately, you will help Hearing Dogs rebuild connection, companionship and confidence, ensuring that nobody experiencing hearing loss feels isolated.
