Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an ACM Machine Minder to oversee the input of chicken carcass across ACM modules. You will ensure safe adjustments, complete necessary paperwork, and strictly follow procedures to uphold product quality and customer specifications.

You will monitor product quality against weight/size parameters, identify defects, perform root-cause analyses, and coach colleagues to ensure adherence to customer sheets. Immediate starts and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Highly literate and numerate
• Good standard of written and spoken English
• Able to prioritise tasks and respond calmly to unplanned events
• Works well in a team and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Oversee the input of chicken carcass across modules of the ACM
• Ensure adjustments are made safely and complete required paperwork
• Follow procedures and maintain product quality to customer specs
• Identify and report product defects, perform root cause analysis, and coach others to follow sheets
