Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Willand invites applications for a Butcher on our production line. You will cut chicken breast to our quality standards, work in a chilled environment, and handle raw meat with speed and care.

You will follow documented procedures, verify weight and size against customer specs, report defects, and participate in root-cause analysis. Previous cutter/butcher experience is preferred; join our team for development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cutter, trimmer or butcher is preferred.
• Knowledge of H&S and food safety standards.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced production line.

Responsibilities

• Cut chicken breast to quality standards on a production line.
• Work in a chilled environment handling raw meat.
• Refer to customer specification sheets to ensure correct weight/size.
• Identify and report defects and remove non-conforming products.
